The mission of the organization is to cultivate spaces of presence, story, and fellowship where the ordinary becomes holy and the rhythms of life become pathways of discipleship, particularly among young people in Japan, that they might come to know and fall in love with the story and person of Jesus.
Our Mission
We seek to embody the slow, relational pace of God by cultivating relationships and spaces where trust, creativity, and community grow naturally through shared life.
Our mission is lived out through presence, peace, story, and stewardship:
Presence — slowing down to notice God in the ordinary.
Peace — living the way of reconciliation.
Story — creating as an act of faith.
Stewardship — caring for what has been entrusted.
Everything we do exists to nurture these rhythms of presence and to make space for the quiet work of grace in ordinary life.
Our vision is to see the mission of the organization take root in Japan through a network of interwoven spaces and rhythms that together form a way of life shaped by presence, peace, story, and stewardship.
Our Vision
Faith, art, hospitality, and community are no longer separated into categories of sacred and secular but lived as one integrated whole. Each stream of ministry is shaped by the community it is rooted in and reflects a facet of this vision:
Place — cultivating physical spaces of welcome and renewal, where the ordinary rhythms of home and hospitality become a shared table of grace.
Rhythm — grounding our life together in shared rhythms that nurture prayer, reflection, and the slow work of formation.
Story — creating circles of story and fellowship where people can share, listen, and discover God at work in their lived experiences.
Discipleship — walking with others in discipleship and mentorship, helping them grow into wholeness With Christ and discernment through relationships rooted in trust.
Creativity — fostering creativity and imagination through art, design, and cultural engagement that reveal beauty as a form of worship.
Service — practicing humble service and community presence through rhythms of work, care, and shared responsibility.
Outreach — expanding outward through publication and a digital and relational network that connects people and communities across distance.
We long to see these streams converge into a living ecosystem that embodies the love of Christ through shared life that points to the saving love of Jesus.
This vision is a thoughtfully paced witness to the reconciliation of all things to Christ, lived out through tangible spaces and relationships where the sacred is rediscovered in the everyday.
