Core Values
Our values define how we live, work, and relate to others. They are the quiet commitments beneath every project, gathering, and conversation that anchor us in faithfulness and remind us that presence itself is our first ministry.
Presence — slowing down to notice God in the ordinary
We begin by slowing down. Ministry begins in attention to God’s nearness, to the people before us, and to the places that hold us. We practice embodied presence by being rooted, patient, and open-hearted in the ordinary spaces of life. Hospitality becomes our posture as we make room around tables, in creative spaces, and through connection. We welcome others to receive and be changed. Incarnation reminds us that love takes form through presence, showing up, staying, and sharing life.
Peace — living the way of reconciliation
We join Christ’s work of reconciliation, restoring relationships, healing divides, and seeking peace between people, cultures, and creation. Formation is the slow, rhythmic work of becoming people who embody that peace. Through prayer, reflection, and community, we are shaped into Christ’s likeness. Reconciliation becomes a way to live. It is God’s story of forgiveness, and belonging.
Story — creating as an act of faith
We believe imagination is a form of faith and a way of seeing the world as it could be. Through art, design, storytelling, and innovation, we bear witness to the beauty and hope of the Creator. Story reminds us that truth is lived out and that our creative acts participate in God’s ongoing creation. We seek to reveal meaning in the ordinary, and to point toward the renewal of all things.
Stewardship — caring for what has been entrusted
We pursue transparency, accountability, and honesty in all we do. Integrity means our inner life and outer work align so that our words, policies, and relationships carry the same care we claim to value. Stewardship flows from this wholeness and we recognize that all we hold belongs to God. We manage all resources with humility and purpose, seeking sustainability, justice, and generosity. To live with integrity is to live as faithful stewards who are whole, attentive, and trustworthy before God and others.
These values shape how we design spaces, make decisions, and relate to those we serve. They provide for us a posture to take and are reminders of who we are becoming together.
